You can have a casual office so that the people who are coming into your office do not feel constrained by their suits and ties. There are a lot of people who have a very hard time with teamwork because they think that everyone around the office is unapproachable. This is usually because everyone is dressed to the nines. They look as though they have no time, and that makes it hard for people to start talking. People who are dressed casually will have an easier time chatting, and your office staff will all get to know each other better.

5. Distance Communication 
You should have a video conference at least once a week so that your distance and in-office employees can chat. Getting remote workers involved and communicating by Skype can help them feel appreciated and a part of the team.
